The Eduvos application process is straightforward and accessible. Applications are open throughout the year via the online portal at www.eduvos.com/apply-now. Students provide personal information, select their chosen programme and intake date, upload required documents (ID/passport, parent/sponsor ID, school results), and pay the non-refundable R300 application fee.
Conditional offers are typically issued within 2-3 weeks for applicants with complete documentation. Applicants with Grade 11 results may receive conditional acceptance pending Grade 12 final results.

Eduvos offers four flexible intake dates per year, allowing students to commence studies at a time that suits their circumstances. Intake 1 (Block 1) opens 3 November 2025 and closes 12 January 2026, with first-day-of-class on 2 February 2026.
Intake 2 (Block 2) opens 18 February 2026 and closes 30 March 2026. Intake 3 runs from 6 May to 15 June 2026, while Intake 4 operates from 22 July to 24 August 2026. Each intake has specific payment deadlines and academic milestones.

Eduvos offers flexible payment plans—students pay 30% of their chosen payment option fee on or before the first day of class, with the remainder distributed over the course duration. Students can select different payment schedules based on their financial capacity.
Application Fee: R300 (non-refundable). Prospective students can apply with Grade 11 or 12 results, uploading final matric results once available. Conditional offers may be granted pending final Grade 12 results.
Eduvos welcomes applications from South African and international students who meet accessible yet rigorous admission standards. Prospective students must submit certified copies of their ID or passport, parent/sponsor identification, and their latest Grade 11 or Grade 12 academic results. Students may apply while still completing Grade 12.
For postgraduate and honours programmes, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required. The Pre-degree Foundation Programme is available for students whose results don’t meet standard admission requirements, providing a supportive pathway to full degree study.

The Faculty of Commerce and Law provides education in business, accounting, and legal studies including the Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce in Law. The Faculty also offers the Postgraduate Bridging Programme (PBPP) for aspiring Chartered Accountants.
The Faculty of Information Technology offers the Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Technology with specialisations in Security and Network Engineering and Software Engineering. The Faculty of Applied Science delivers programmes in sciences, while the Faculty of Humanities offers qualifications in social sciences, creative arts, and communications.
