About

Richfield is a leading larger private higher education institution in South Africa with a rich history, spanning almost 30 years, in the provision of education and training. Throughout Richfield’s existence, technology has been at the centre of the development of our curriculum, as has been the use of the latest hardware and software to support our contact and distance-learning students.

Since its inception, Richfield has primarily offered undergraduate programmes in various fields – among them, commerce, IT and Public Management. In 2019 Richfield expanded their offerings to include a suite of IT and business-related postgraduate programmes. In 2021, Richfield launched a dynamic, forward-thinking, responsive, and relevant MBA that has an international, regional, and local outlook that will prepare students for a management role in a fast changing and disruptive business landscape.

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Application Form

Apply online.

Step 2: Pay your application fee

A non- refundable application fee of R500.00 is payable upon application. Use your student number as reference followed by your payment. 

Step 3: Submission of documents accompanying application

Once you have completed your online application and paid your application fee, send the following documents to info@richfield.ac.za:

  • Certified copy of your ID and a certified copy of your parents or guardian’s ID
  • Proof of residential address
  • A certified copy of your matric results or your final grade 11 results
  • Proof of payment of your application fee

Step 4: Provisional Acceptance

Your application will be reviewed and should you meet all our admission requirements , you will be provisionally accepted if you applied with your grade 11 results and if you applied with your matric results, full acceptance will be granted which allows you to proceed with your registration.
