Welcome to the Ikhala TVET College institution page!

 

Ikhala TVET College has five campuses spread across the Joe Gqabi and Chris Hani District Municipalities as service delivery points. The programmes they offer intend to be relevant to the various sectors of our economy in the districts, province and nationally.

APPLICATION FEES

R100, non-refundable

No registration fee is charged for National Certificate (Vocational) and Report 191 courses.

Do I Need to Write the NBTs? → No

Qualification Cost Range per Annum

In general, tuition costs at Ikhala range anywhere from +-R2 000 to +-R30 000.  Course fees are subject to change.

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1:  Complete the Career Guidance Questionnaire, which will help you make an informed decision about the programme you’d like to enrol in.

Step 2:  Identify and select the course you’d like to study. Complete the online application form. 

*Remember you’ll need an email address.  Don’t have one? Get an email address. 

Step 3:  Attach all supporting documents.

Step 4:  Some campuses may have student accommodation. Remember to ask about this should you need accommodation. 

Step 5: If your application has been accepted, you’ll receive an email and SMS stating that you are “Provisionally Accepted”. Accept the offer on your Student Portal.

Step 6: After your application has been submitted, you’ll be required to write a pace test, after which you can start attending classes.
