Fundi Student Loans

Application closing date: N/A

A student loan is a great option to consider if you haven’t managed to qualify for a bursary or a scholarship. The upside of covering you study costs with a loan is that you are able to apply for a loan at any point in the year. Another benefit of a student loan is that you are not obligated to any kind of service contract.  A student loan could potentially cover everything from tuition, books and accommodation to registration fees and outstanding balances.

Three things to consider when applying for a loan to fund your studies are:

  1. Are you are prepared to incur some debt?
  2. How do you plan on paying off this debt in the future?
  3. Do you have someone to stand surety* for you?

*Find more information about what it means to have someone stand surety for you.

It is important to note that preference is given to student who are either already enrolled in, or have been accepted into a recognised and accredited institution.
