Requirements for the SAMA Medical Student Bursaries

Minimum requirements:
- You must be a South African citizen.
- Historically disadvantaged groups are encouraged to apply.
- You are required to send a copy of the letter of acceptance into an approved South African medical education programme (this is conditional pending final acceptance).
- Scholarship holders are allowed to hold supplementary bursaries, grants or emoluments with unlimited values.
