Open Learning Group (OLG) is a private tertiary institution that offers quality, fully accredited qualifications through online learning. They offer programmes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Project Management. Open Learning Group’s approach allows students the flexibility to study in their own time, with dedicated student support and access to their online student portal – OLG4Me.Organisations are also able to partner with OLG to upskill their employees with industry relevant learnerships and skills programmes. The OLG learnerships comprise of Road Transport Supervision, Freight Handling, Wholesale and Retail as well as Customs and Compliance National Certificates and range from NQFL2 -NQFL5. OLG is TETA and W & R Seta accredited.Â

For individuals who either have not completed matric or those who have completed matric but do not meet the requirements to study a Higher Education qualification, OLG offers the OLG Access Programme. This programme enables individuals to elevate their Numeracy and English skills. Upon successfully completion, they can then apply for OLG Higher Education Programmes such as the Higher Certificate in Logistics, Project, or Procurement Management. HOW TO APPLY

Read about the programme to confirm that you meet the minimum entry requirements. Don’t lose hope if you don’t, an OLG student consultant will assist in recommending a suitable programme so that you can start your learning journey.

Step 3: Check payment options.
Â
OLG will advise on the fees for a specific programme. You will be provided with a quote.
If you are unable to pay the full amount upfront, they offer payment plan options to choose from.
If you are a government employee – you have the option of funding your studies through FUNDI. Ask a consultant for assistance.Â
Step 4 – Submit application and payment.
Â
Once you have decided to start your learning journey with OLG, they will help you with your application. Submit it directly to the consultant via email.Â

Step 5 – Complete payment and finalise registration.
Â
Once your application is submitted and you have made payment, OLG will finalise your registration.

Step 6: Welcome to OLG!
Â
Once registered, you will receive an SMS with confirmation of your student number and a link to the OLG4Me student platform. Log in using your student number as your username and your ID number as your password. Your study material is in the form of E-BOOKS and will be available for download via an email link – (Because we believe in making things simpler, OLG is in the process of making study material available immediately through the OLG4Me platform.)Â
APPLICATION CLOSING DATES
You can apply any time throughout the year.

If you wish to start studying in the first semester of the year, be sure to apply by 28February.

If you wish to start studying mid-year, you must register by 31July.
